FTEG AI Review — Business Model

Who pays, for what, and how money moves. Guests use the QR page for free. Merchants subscribe via fteg-erp. Same commercial spine as Reservation — different delivered value (reviews / UGC vs bookings).

One-line model
Guest free → merchant SaaS subscription → FTEG meters AI generations (credits) → margin after LLM + hosting cost.
UX reference: BrandWriter — Fire Izakaya (product inspiration only — not a reseller deal).

1. Players

Guestdiner / customer
Scans QR → fills feedback → gets AI draft → posts to Google / social. Never pays.
Merchantshop / venue
Pays FTEG monthly/yearly. Gets shop link, AI UGC, review steering, BO analytics. Example vertical: F&B (Ichiwa pilot).
FTEGproduct owner
Owns fteg-ai-review. Bills via fteg-erp + package-subscription. Pays LLM / hosting COGS.

2. Value exchange

PartyGivesGets
Guest Time, photos, honest feedback Ready-to-post UGC + easy Google / FB path
Merchant Subscription fee More reviews & UGC, less staff writing, source / spend insights
FTEG Product, AI cost, support Recurring SaaS revenue

Merchant win: turn walk-outs into Google stars + social posts without a content team.

3. How FTEG charges (draft)

B2B subscribe in fteg-erp — not consumer checkout on the QR page. Meter by AI generations / month (credits), not “unlimited”.

PlanWhoIncludesMeter (draft)
Trial Pilot (Ichiwa) 1 shop, core channels ~50 AI reviews / 14 days
Basic Single outlet 1 shop, QR, Google/FB/IG hops, AI note + cover 200 credits / mo · RM 200 selling
Pro Busy / multi-outlet More shops, languages, analytics, photos ~1,000 credits / month · up to 3 shops · price open
Selling rule: RM 200 → 200 AI credits (≈ RM 1 / generation ceiling). Covers Anthropic API COGS with room for hosting/support. Live in fteg-erp as ai-review-basic. Pro / annual still open.

4. fteg-erp subscribe (H4a)

BO CTAClient edit → Subscribe AI Review (RM200 · 200 credits)
Pay pathInvoice → Fiuu → subscription activate (same as Reservation)
ProvisionH4b on activate → create/activate shop + 200 credits via API

5. Money & ops flow

  1. Sales opens client in fteg-erp → Subscribe AI Review.
  2. package-subscription issues invoice → Fiuu payment.
  3. On activate: subscription live → ERP calls AI Review /api/internal/shops/provision (shop + 200 credits).
  4. Guests use public /s/{uuid} free; each AI generate decrements credits.
  5. Soft limit → upgrade CTA in merchant BO.
  6. Credits reset each billing period (typically not cumulative).

6. Unit economics

Merchant pays RM 200 / month (200 credits)
− (credits used × LLM cost, typically ≪ RM1 each)
  − hosting / support share
  = contribution margin

Selling pack: RM 200 = 200 credits. Observed generate cost is usually cents/USD; pricing at ~RM1/credit leaves headroom for spikes, retries, and product margin.

Do not sell “unlimited AI” — meter by credits so API cost stays bounded.
