ymsb-erp (legacy shell)

Earlier group-operator BO for YMSB. Canonical model: Yuzu Marketing Sdn Bhd is an FTEG client on Business OS (sme-erp); 9981 Yuzu is their custom ecommerce product — not a second company OS.

Target structure

Yuzu Marketing → store buyer ymsb → purchase Business OS → erp_hub=sme-erp.
9981 Yuzu → product instance under that buyer (portal / Business OS launcher).

Why we restudied

Keep peer ymsb-erp?	Use Business OS?
3 company OS codebases; special brand registry; fung peer card	2 OS shapes (fteg-erp + sme-erp); 9981 = normal product; easier ops

Verdict: Business OS path is nicer to maintain. Freeze feature work on this shell; cut over to sme-erp.

What this repo still contains

Prompt 4a–4b BO (CRM, invoices, brand registry, manual finance)
Useful as reference until Yuzu Marketing workspace is live on sme-erp
